Our Story

World-renowned, award-winning, Certified Master Chef® Rich Rosendale brings Atlanta a collection of his greatest hits featuring an ever-evolving and seasonally rotating menu, that is R3 Rosendale Concepts.​

 

The vision stems from three of Chef Rosendale’s previous industry endeavors and concepts - Roots Local Pizza To-Go, an online-only pizza delivery service that operated in Atlanta during the pandemic, Souped Up, a virtual concept focused on international soups and locally sourced ingredients, and Details, a craft cocktail lounge and high-end eatery that Chef Rosendale ran in his early career. The restaurant will function as an incubator for culinary excellence where mixologists and chefs can create and test new ideas and evolve old ideas. The flexible menu allows for a creative approach and the ability to rotate new one-off items in and introduce larger menu changes seasonally.

The lunch menu features flavor-packed soups, colorful salads, unique sandwich options, oven-roasted pizzas and delightful desserts. Lunch highlights include She Crab Soup, Elote Salad, a Lobster Roll, 18-Hour Pit Smoked Brisket Sandwich, Ham & Cheese Pizza and a Citrus Meringue. The dinner menu features an array of complex appetizers including Shellfish Ceviche and Wood Smoked Steamed Clams, large entrees including a 48-hour Elevated “Pot Roast,” Seared Scallops, Herb Roasted Chicken Roulade, and decadent desserts like Black Forest Cake.
